1. What are the basic requirements of renting a Jeep?
Expert Answer–You must:
a) Be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license
b) Have Full coverage insurance
c) Possess a major credit card
2. Can I use my international driver’s license?
Expert Answer–Yes! Valid driver’s licenses issued in your state or country are acceptable as well as international licenses.
3. Do I need insurance?
Expert Answer–We recommend that you accept one of our optional insurances/waivers.
4. Do you pick-up and drop-off customers?
Expert Answer–We don’t pick up customers or drop them off. However, we do have a very convenient delivery process. Please see Delivery tab for details.
5. What methods of payment do you accept?
Expert Answer: You can pay cash or use your credit card.
Caution: You can only use another person’s credit card, if the card holder and his/her ID are present. The actual Card Holder’s signature must be given for the rental paper.
6. Do I need a deposit?
Expert Answer: No deposit. You will pay for the rental period only. A card must be put on file for incidentals.
7. Is there an additional charge for fuel?
Expert Answer: The fuel tank must be returned with the same amount of gas that was delivered to you. Remember, if you return the vehicle with less fuel, our fuel rate will apply.
8. Do You Have Accessories?
Expert Answer: We also rent G Pro Cameras, Baby Seats, GPS, WI-FI, Snorkeling Gear, Beach Chairs & Ice-Coolers, with additional fees.
